1. General OverviewWelcome to Beca Spanish. By purchasing any of our private class plans or booking a session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Beca Spanish and the student.2. Services and Class Format• Private Classes (One-to-One) provide personalized instruction with flexible scheduling.
• Duration: All classes last 50 minutes.
• Platform: All classes are conducted live via Google Meet. No additional software installation is required.3. Booking and Access• After purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to our booking calendar.
• Class times are automatically displayed in your local time zone during the booking process.
• It is the student’s responsibility to schedule their sessions using the provided link.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
• Sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise specified.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy• Rescheduling: Classes may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled start time.
• Missed Classes: If a student misses a class without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and cannot be rescheduled.
• Validity Period: All classes must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in the selected plan.
• Unpaid Bookings: Any session booked without confirmed payment may be cancelled by the administration.5. Refund and Credit Policy• No Refunds: All purchases are final. Due to the scheduled and digital nature of our services, refunds are not provided once payment has been completed.
• Credit Transfer: In exceptional circumstances, class credits may be transferred to another person upon written request sent to [email protected]
. Approval is at the sole discretion of Beca Spanish.
• Expiration: Unused sessions expire after the validity period and cannot be extended unless previously agreed in writing.6. Course Materials and Learning Process• Teachers may provide homework assignments, recommendations, or class summaries at their discretion to support the learning process.
• Beca Spanish does not provide official exams, certifications, or accredited diplomas.
• Student progress is informally monitored and guided by the assigned teacher.7. Teacher Assignment• Teachers are assigned by Beca Spanish to ensure availability and maintain teaching quality.
• Students may request a specific teacher via email. Requests will be considered based on availability but cannot be guaranteed.8. Capacity and Availability• Private class spots are limited.
• Beca Spanish reserves the right to limit new enrollments to maintain quality and personalized attention.
• A student’s spot is secured only once full payment has been received.
